At Cats of Coomwood, every portrait is individually created to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your artwork to be created before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes a further 3–5 working days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–10 working days.

All orders are printed and dispatched from within the United Kingdom by our print partner.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of placing it, please contact us at coomwoodco@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
