Refund policy
As all our portraits are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at coomwoodco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval back to your original payment method.
